Moving Hiatus Day #3
The third most important room in the house–following the office and then the kitchen–is without a doubt the bedroom. It’s where I sleep (duh) and where I do most of my reading, so it’s gotta be comfortable and (yet again) inspiring.
You tell me: what would YOUR dream bedroom be like?

P.S. In case you missed the great giveaways from Pub(lishing) Crawl this week, you can check ’em out here. You can win a query critique from Kat Zhang, a hard copy of Jodi Meadows’s Incarnate, AND copies of Erica O’Rourke’s Torn and Tangled.

None of those rooms has bookshelves! That’s surely the most important element of a bedroom. Mine might not have the greatest furniture, but at least it has its bookshelves– http://charlotteslibrary.blogspot.com/2010/11/pictures-of-book-bookshelves-in-my.html

Gorgeous! Love the second shot. If that were my bedroom, I think I’d have a hard time getting up in the morning.

SOOZ D: omg omg omg I just realized I haven’t been getting the e-mail alerts from your blog!! So I’ve missed like a THOUSAND posts (I may or may not be exaggerating). What. Is. This. Madness.
Re-subscribing right now.
Aaand I LOVE that first bedroom. I need it. Soon. But not in white, because that would just be a pain, I’d like it in a darker shade of wood, and the bed should be a little wider, so that I can cuddle with my (nonexistent) husband while I read. Yep.

Everything’s so neat and pretty! Not exactly dream bedroom, but I reeeaallly like myrollingstar’s (myrollingstar.tumblr.com) dorm room. It’s decorated with her beautiful art and amazing photos, and it just feels really warm and homey 😀

I like the first and second room. I don’t think that Teddy Bear is creepy! I love the doors in the second room. I agree with Charlotte. The rooms definitely need bookshelves!

I love that built in bed, I also don’t care if it is meant to be for a child I would so like to snuggle up in there with a book.

Susan, just had to stop by and say a few things I haven’t had a chance to tell you. I’ve been away from the blogging world for far too long.
Love, LOVE your cover! Congrats! July is going to be AWESOME for many reasons this year including your debut! I’ve loved watching your journey and keeping up with your blog posts. And OMG your blog! I adore the changes. Yay 2012! Big year 😀 good luck moving!
